Responsibilities
- Manage allocated accounts from start to finish, maintaining regular communication to address business needs.
- Oversee the intake procedure of raw materials to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with Production Supervisors and staff to establish and maintain quality standards on packing lines.
- Ensure proper release and allocation of fruit to orders, aiming to minimize rejections.
- Address and resolve stock-related issues efficiently.
- Monitor the profitability and loss (P&L) of assigned accounts, striving for maximum efficiency.
- Facilitate clear handovers between team members and departments.
- Continuously assess and recommend improvements for the overall production process.
- Provide support across various business areas as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
