Requirements
Must:
- I have extensive experience in process and system improvement within professional or legal services.
- I possess strong communication skills and can effectively interact with senior management across the business to gather and disseminate information.
- I have experience with system and data requirements that enable automation.
- I can prepare business cases, focusing on costs and benefits.
- I can clearly articulate business requirements for change.
- I understand how to apply and translate strategic objectives and design principles into transformation and process improvements.
- I have prior experience in assessing progress against KPIs and the value provided to the customer.
- I am skilled in preparing reports for Committees or Boards, which includes updates on costs, risks, and issues.
Responsibilities
- I will lead process improvement activities, including process mapping, workshop facilitation, and improvement identification.
- I will scope, shape, and articulate functional and non-functional requirements for technology and business change projects using appropriate documentation and modeling techniques.
- I will evaluate and develop both process and system improvements to meet business needs.
- I will actively support the business during User Acceptance Testing.
- I will write support documentation and quick reference guides as needed.
- I will provide end-user training when required.
- I will demonstrate project management experience to complement my Business Analyst skills.
- I will work as part of a small multi-disciplinary team, showing flexibility and willingness to contribute across multiple initiatives.
- I will analyze data to monitor existing process adherence within the business.
