Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in an IT Support or similar technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Online, Azure, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Good understanding of IT hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Full UK Driving license
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support issues, escalating where necessary
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to laptop hardware, Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, printers, network connectivity, and other core systems
- Provide support remotely, over the phone, and in person when required
- Assist in maintaining and updating IT documentation, asset records, and support procedures
- Help achieve companywide ISO 27001 accreditation
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Exchange Online, Azure and other systems
