We are looking for someone with significant experience leading ERP implementations across key operational areas such as supply chain, finance, manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution. You should have a proven track record of managing full ERP project lifecycles from requirements gathering to rollout and optimization. Strong process analysis and improvement skills are essential, along with the ability to document and communicate clearly. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities are necessary to bridge business and technical teams effectively. Demonstrated leadership capability is key, as well as a capacity for driving engagement and accountability across project teams.
Desirable skills include hands-on experience with Infor M3 (ideally across multiple functional modules), familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Spotfire, technical understanding of SQL, APIs, and data migration tools, and previous experience in a multi-site or group ERP rollout environment.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of Infor M3 (or other ERP systems) across Reynolds Catering and our subsidiaries. You will partner with business leaders to analyze, document, and map existing processes while identifying opportunities for standardization and improvement. You will also define and deliver future-state business processes aligned with best practices and our company strategy.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing system configuration, data migration, testing, and user acceptance to ensure a smooth transition and adoption. You will coordinate with internal software developers to build integrations, automate workflows, and enhance reporting capabilities. Additionally, you will develop and implement reporting and analytics solutions while delivering end-user training and managing change initiatives to embed new processes effectively. Post-implementation, you will provide ongoing leadership and support to drive continuous improvement, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
Description
At Reynolds Catering, located in Waltham Cross, Herts, we offer a salary range of £50,000 to £65,000 for this role, which requires 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday. This position gives you the unique opportunity to drive large-scale digital change within our organization. While experience with Infor M3 is preferred, we welcome applicants with backgrounds in other ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or Netsuite. This role will involve travel to our subsidiaries across the UK and may require extended stays on-site for implementation, training, and rollouts.
