Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a DevOps or Platform Engineering role
- Strong background with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Experience automating deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
- Strong grasp of containerisation, monitoring, and infrastructure scaling
- Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKAD) - Desirable
- Excellent communicator who enjoys cross-team collaboration and knowledge-sharing

Responsibilities
- Designing, maintaining, and improving AWS infrastructure using Terraform (IaC first mindset)
- Supporting and scaling Kubernetes clusters, managing deployments with Helm
- Owning CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
- Working closely with software engineers to streamline delivery and performance
- Bringing structure and observability into environments using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
- Championing DevOps best practice, security, and reliability across the engineering teams
