Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in leading platform or DevOps engineering roles
- Strong understanding of hybrid cloud infrastructure (on-premise + Azure)
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Familiarity with Azure services (AKS, Virtual Machines, Load Balancer, etc.)
- Knowledge of observability practices in distributed systems
- Experience in mentoring and guiding engineers
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical leadership abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of the companys platform and infrastructure strategy
- Design and improve hybrid Azure + on-premise environments
- Drive Kubernetes platform improvements
- Build automation with Terraform and Python
- Enhance observability and monitoring across systems
- Mentor a Platform Engineer in best practices
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience and system reliability
Description
