Requirements

Must:
- 1–3 years experience in a data, analytics, operations, or systems-focused role - Strong foundational SQL skills (through formal education or hands-on experience) - Experience working with business software, particularly CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) - Understanding of how CRM data supports sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue processes - Experience working with structured datasets and relational databases - Familiarity with APIs or bulk data import/export tools - Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Flexible education background; degrees in Business Technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems or similar technical/business-focused degrees are welcome - Self-taught SQL practitioners or career switchers are encouraged to apply if they can demonstrate relevant work experience or practical examples that evidence their data skills

Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with Technical Strategy Leads to support data design, transformation logic, and migration activity - Partner with RevOps Managers to understand business processes and translate them into clean, structured data - Support the delivery of CRM and RevOps projects across multiple clients - Work remotely, with at least one in-person day per week in the Bournemouth office for collaboration and learning - Support data normalisation and transformation across CRMs and relational databases - Assist with CRM data migrations, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation - Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, clean, and validate datasets - Work hands-on with CRM systems, including objects, fields, and relationships - Help identify and resolve data quality issues across business systems - Support reporting and analysis for RevOps and delivery teams - Document data logic, assumptions, and processes clearly - Collaborate with technical and RevOps stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities - Build reports from datasets, based on client requirements

At RevOps Automated, we are seeking a Data Analyst with an Engineering Focus to support data and CRM initiatives across client delivery projects. This is a remote-first role based in the UK, requiring at least one day per week in our Bournemouth office for collaboration and learning. We offer a salary range of £30,000 – £40,000 based on experience, with opportunities for fast track pay rises.
