Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years experience working with CRM data in HubSpot and/or Salesforce
- Practical SQL experience for reporting, data validation, or analysis
- Experience configuring CRM objects, workflows, and reports
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role, including presenting work and receiving feedback
- Able to work independently on smaller projects with support on larger engagements
- Experience supporting B2B marketing, sales, or customer success teams
- Familiarity with iPaaS tools such as Zapier, Make, Tray, or Workato (nice to have)
- HubSpot or Salesforce certifications (nice to have)
- Interest in revenue operations or go-to-market systems (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Support RevOps Strategists and Solutions Architects on large projects by implementing agreed CRM and data designs
- Take ownership of smaller projects, delivering solutions end to end
- Translate strategic requirements into clean, practical HubSpot and Salesforce implementations
- Manage workload across multiple projects with guidance from senior team members
- Use SQL to query, validate, and analyze CRM and revenue data
- Support data clean-up, transformation, and enrichment activities
- Assist with data synchronization between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other systems
- Identify data quality issues and escalate complex problems where required
- Build and maintain CRM configurations across HubSpot and Salesforce
- Support custom objects, properties, pipelines, and lifecycle models
- Build workflows and automation aligned to defined business processes
- Ensure data structures support reporting, forecasting, and scalability
- Support integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, and third-party tools
- Assist with testing, monitoring, and documentation of integrations
- Work with APIs and integration tools under the guidance of senior team members
- Work directly with customers on smaller projects and defined workstreams
- Present solutions, dashboards, and reports to non-technical stakeholders
- Gather feedback and iterate on solutions to improve usability and business impact
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
Description
We are RevOps Automated, a global revenue operations managed services provider specializing in HubSpot, Salesforce, CPQ systems, and go-to-market engineering. We work with mid-market and enterprise businesses to design, build, and scale revenue systems that drive measurable growth. Our hybrid roles allow for one day in the Bournemouth office each week, providing flexible working hours and a supportive, collaborative, and highly technical team culture. The salary range for this position is £35,000 – £40,000 per year, depending on experience, with a clear progression path into more advanced roles.
