We are looking for a candidate with 6–8 years of experience in front-end development, including at least 3+ years working specifically with React.js. You should have strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript. Familiarity with Redux, React Hooks, and Context API is essential. Additionally, experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture is required. You should possess hands-on experience with Webpack, Babel, and modern build tools. Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library, as well as exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, is also necessary. Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must, along with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Bonus points for familiarity with Next.js, Node.js, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and an understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Lastly, you should have a solid grasp of performance optimization techniques for large-scale applications.

Responsibilities
