Requirements
Must:
- 7 years of Oracle HCM experience with a strong OTL focus
- 23 full OTL implementations as Functional Lead
- Expert-level Fast Formula development
- Experience designing complex rules (OT, shift premiums, holidays, union rules)
- Strong integration knowledge with Payroll & Absence
- Understanding of security & role-based access
- UK/multi-country payroll experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage OTL implementations
- Develop and tailor Fast Formulas for various requirements
- Design and implement complex business rules
- Collaborate with the Payroll & Absence teams for integration
- Ensure compliance with security and role-based access protocols
- Share expertise with team members and provide training as needed
