Requirements
Must:
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Must have successfully implemented and supported Office 365 and supporting identity technologies.
- Expertise in the Office 365 platform, including Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS Teams.
- Experience in O365/Hybrid Exchange migrations, Email Gateway migrations, and M365 license optimization.
- Proficient in migration tools like Quest and Sharegate.
- Understanding of Identity Management Solutions aligned to Office 365, such as Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, and AD FS.
- Extensive experience in managing and transforming the O365 suite of services, including project management, assessments, migrations, and consolidations.
- Focused on continuous service improvements for customers O365 landscapes.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Excellent communication, organization, and writing skills are required.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, MS Exchange, and Office 365 solutions.
- Certifications in Microsoft 365 Identity and services, and Microsoft 365 Mobility & Security are preferred.

- We are looking for an M365 Architect with over 10 years of experience in M365 changes and application access via AVD.
- You will be responsible for packaging new applications and providing desk-side support for changes required on laptops.
- Testing will be a crucial aspect of your role, ensuring all changes meet our standards and requirements.
