Requirements
Must:
- Ability to collect and organize IT asset portfolios
- Skilled in evaluating future state actions (merge, replatform, keep, decommission)
- Experience in identifying redundancies and scoring cost/value
- Proficient in creating technology roadmaps and setting timelines
- Strong facilitation skills to drive decisions with stakeholders
- Capable of managing risks/issues and controlling dependencies and critical paths
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and analyzing change impacts
- Ability to track post-integration benefits and analyze portfolio KPIs (cost-to-serve, utilization, redundancy, technical debt, onboarding time)
- Skilled with Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) tools (e.g., ServiceNow APM, LeanIX, CMDB)
- Capable of financial modeling (TCO, NPV, payback) and scenario analysis for IT investments
- Ensures high data quality for inventory and metadata
