Requirements
Must:
- 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and architecture
- Proven expertise in Power Platform, including Power Automate and Model-Driven Apps
- Strong background in JavaScript, C#, and related technologies for CRM customisation
- Experience with integration patterns, cloud-based solutions, and architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
- Demonstrable experience mentoring colleagues and promoting good engineering practices
- Experience producing architecture deliverables and artefacts
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices
- Experience with tools such as Confluence, Teams, LucidChart, and Jira
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership for the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and commercially viable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Engage with and empower Agile delivery teams across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering to Business As Usual (BAU)
- Deliver architecture artefacts and documentation suitable for the scale and nature of change
- Collaborate with business domain experts, product owners, and technical teams to understand requirements and value opportunities
- Mentor and guide developers, championing best practices and continuous improvement
- Ensure solutions align with wider IT strategy, standards, and principles
