Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in core AWS services: S3, Athena, Glue, Lambda, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, CloudFormation, API Gateway, ECS, CloudWatch
- Fluency in Kotlin/Java, NodeJS, TypeScript
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically DynamoDB
- Strong understanding of AWS security principles, including RBAC and the principle of least privilege
- Experience with Secrets Manager/KMS for storing credentials securely
- Ability to handle sensitive data such as email addresses and tokens securely
- Skills in building and managing continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Experience with Git and GitHub Actions
- Understanding of services like Amazon Step Functions for complex workflows
- Familiarity with Docker and ECS
- Good understanding of DevOps / DevSecOps concepts
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog
- Familiarity with Angular framework
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members in a DevOps culture, guiding where necessary
- Develop and maintain applications using AWS services
- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments
- Implement security best practices for managing sensitive data
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to meet application needs
- Utilize monitoring and debugging tools to enhance application performance
- Participate in team discussions to design complex workflows using Amazon Step Functions
- Continuously improve development processes and advocate for a growth mindset
