Requirements
Must:
- Experience in AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, Automation or Digital Transformation
- Proven track record of delivering adoption and measurable business value
- Strong stakeholder and change management skills across global/matrix environments
- Experience leading adoption programmes
- Hands-on or operational experience with UiPath (or similar RPA/orchestration platforms)
- Familiarity with workflow automation and production support models
- Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, incident and runbook processes
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes
- Exposure to Snowflake or similar data platforms (desirable)
- Experience with Azure AI or cloud-based AI services (desirable)
- Background in technology, distribution or partner/channel environments (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption and effective use of AI solutions across the organisation
- Track and evidence business impact and performance
- Establish and run the operating model for AI and automation
- Ensure solutions are embedded into core processes and decision-making
- Oversee execution of automated workflows using orchestration platforms
- Ensure processes are reliable and repeatable
- Monitor and support processes to make them controlled and auditable
- Work with technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions into production environments
- Lead change, training, and user enablement to support adoption at scale
- Translate complex capabilities into practical, usable business processes
- Engage stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Act as a trusted advisor on technology-enabled improvement
- Ensure secure, responsible, and compliant use of AI and data
