Requirements
Must:
- I have previous experience in a 1st or 2nd line IT support role.
- I possess strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- I am experienced with Active Directory, networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), and remote support tools.
- I have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- I maintain a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- I hold a full UK driving licence due to potential travel between local sites.
Responsibilities
- I provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to internal users (on-site and remote).
- I troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- I install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices).
- I set up new users, manage accounts, and maintain Active Directory.
- I monitor and manage helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
- I document support issues and solutions for knowledge base purposes.
