Requirements

Must:
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end D365 or equivalent ERP implementations. - Experience with phased rollout planning and managing cross-functional dependencies. - Project Management qualification or equivalent experience. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. - Proactive approach with excellent time-management capabilities. - Able to collaborate effectively with both local and global teams. - Ability to challenge assumptions, identify risks, and resolve conflicts. - Strong understanding of D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service) and their integration points (desirable). - Knowledge of localisation requirements, including statutory, tax, and compliance considerations (desirable). - Experience in data migration, change management, and user-training activities (desirable). - Advanced risk-management capabilities, particularly for global programmes (desirable). - Familiarity with governance frameworks for large-scale ERP deployments (desirable).

Responsibilities

- Lead the full project lifecycle for D365 deployment projects, ensuring successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. - Take overall accountability for project scope, timelines, budget, quality, risks, and resources. - Provide clear leadership and direction to cross-functional teams. - Conduct regular project reviews to monitor progress, forecast performance, and manage deviations. - Oversee change control and escalate risks appropriately. - Act as the primary interface for internal and external stakeholders. - Communicate effectively with global, multi-disciplinary teams. - Guide and review project proposals. - Conduct post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement. - Ensure adherence to project management frameworks and processes. - Support the development of PMO practices, mentoring and coaching junior team members.
