IT Support Analyst

We are Renishaw, and we're seeking a Support Analyst to join our IT Operations team. In this role, you'll report to the Service Desk team leader and work in a busy and friendly department, providing and maintaining secure, available, and efficient systems that support our global employees in developing innovative solutions and technology for our customers. As a Support Analyst, you will help us support both desktop and mobile PC hardware, Windows 10 & 11 operating systems, and various print devices, including laser and thermal image transfer devices. We utilize a range of PC applications, including MS Office 365, Visio, and Project, among others.
