We are seeking an enthusiastic Second Line D365 Support Analyst who has commercial experience supporting Dynamics 365 solutions, specifically in Customer Engagement or Finance and Operations. You should possess a solid understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) concepts and functionalities. Additionally, experience as a support analyst with a focus on these areas is essential. While Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are desirable, flexibility in managing multiple support requests and the ability to organize priorities in a fast-paced environment are crucial. You must be comfortable with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) systems and processes, and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will evaluate allocated incidents to determine root causes and apply appropriate system configuration or code changes when necessary. You will also be responsible for analyzing and developing solutions for minor system change requests and assisting the Level 1 support team when required. Following existing procedures and authoring new ones as needed will be part of your duties, as well as using ITSM tools to track and update tickets.
Description
This position offers a salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000, depending on your experience, and is based in Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site, and due to our location, having personal transport is necessary as public transport is not viable.
