Requirements
Must:
- Strong analytical skills to assess SAP build and business processes.
- Ability to define, validate, and document detailed business and functional calculation rules/requirements for HR and Payroll processes in Oracle.
- Experience in mapping existing SAP business practices to Oracle compatible processes.
- Knowledge of SAP configuration, integrations, reporting requirements, and data migration logic.
- Ability to support and address queries related to requirements, calculation rules, configuration, and data migration mapping (SAP related).
- Experience participating in design sessions, particularly around calculation rules and data mapping.
- Familiarity with SAP reporting, including writing report specifications for Oracle reports based on SAP output and running reports in SAP.
- Ability to advise on legislative payroll and HMRC requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document detailed business processes and calculation rules relevant to HR and Payroll within Oracle.
- Collaborate with functional leads to ensure the smooth transition of business practices from SAP to Oracle.
- Engage in configuration reviews and support discussions regarding data migration based on SAP knowledge.
- Assist functional leads in addressing inquiries from the System Integrator and ensure clear communication regarding SAP-related matters.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post-Production Review (PPR) testing from an SAP perspective.
- Write report specifications for Oracle reports, leveraging SAP reporting insights.
- Provide guidance on compliance with legislative payroll requirements throughout the design and migration processes.
Description
We offer a hybrid working arrangement with the flexibility to work remotely for a significant portion of the time. However, attendance at our Chichester office will be required during specific periods, particularly as part of the Oracle implementation program.
