- I define and execute a clear technology strategy that aligns with business growth.

- I oversee project management of technology changes, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- I safeguard system security, compliance, and resilience.
Description

As we scale, we are seeking a visionary Head of Technology to lead our digital transformation, ensuring our platforms power sustainable growth and operational excellence. This role is both strategic and hands-on—as the Head of Technology, I will shape our technology roadmap while leading high-impact projects. I will partner with senior leadership to align technology with business goals, ensuring that every system enhances efficiency, resilience, and the client experience. Furthermore, I will take ownership of major cross-functional projects, ensuring they are well-managed and successfully embedded across the business. I am also excited to offer a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days of holiday (increasing 1 day per year to a maximum of 30) plus bank holidays, a pension plan, flexible working options, subsidized social events, salary sacrifice opportunities, and funded training. The position is full-time and permanent, with a salary in the range of £70,000.00 to £80,000.00 per year. The role requires in-person attendance.
