Our hands-on Software Development Manager serves as an exemplary role model, providing one-on-one time that accelerates the progression of our team members; many have been promoted within their first year! We have enhanced IT security using secure methodologies to reduce risks and are now planning to leverage cloud technologies, .NET Core, and Blazor to enhance our Software Development performance across our systems. We offer a base salary of up to £45,000, along with 25 days of holiday plus UK bank holidays, flexible working hours, holiday buy/sell options, enhanced maternity/paternity packages, an enhanced pension scheme, and medical offerings such as free eye care and flu jabs, along with service awards.
