You must be fully eligible to work in the UK and be able to travel into the office to apply for this role. We are looking for candidates with experience in a similar role, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Windows 10 & 11 operating systems. A working knowledge of Office 365 and skills in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop environments are essential. Responsibilities
In this role, you will ensure the availability of IT systems and electronic communication infrastructure for all staff. You will set up and maintain new hardware and software, monitor system performance, and resolve any issues or outages. Adhering to security policies and standards is critical to maintain the security of our systems and equipment. You will be responsible for conducting server monitoring and reporting to ensure system reliability, resolving hardware and software issues, and coordinating with third-party suppliers as necessary. Additionally, you will create and maintain technical support processes, user manuals, and documentation, as well as support IT projects as required.

You will provide essential technical support for our IT infrastructure, applications, and users. This role involves working as part of a highly skilled team to ensure exceptional levels of availability, performance, and security. In addition to providing local IT support, you will handle remote support tasks, ensuring smooth operations across multiple sites.
