Requirements
Must:
I require candidates to be fully eligible to work in the UK and possess a full UK driving licence. You should have previous experience in IT Service Desk and/or ICT 2nd Line Support. Proficiency in troubleshooting corporate systems (Windows 10/11, Office 365, etc.) is essential, along with a strong understanding of ICT support techniques for geographically dispersed sites. I value excellent communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and independently. A willingness to embrace new tools and innovation is also important.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to offer desk-based, remote, and on-site support for technology deployments. You will serve as the technical expert for triaged service desk tickets and will lead the setup and deployment of IT services at new and existing locations. Handling hardware requests within assigned areas will be part of your duties, and I encourage you to develop and sustain your knowledge of Microsoft-based networks. Additionally, you’ll need to diagnose user problems both remotely and on-site, and participate in software/system testing while reviewing user documentation.
