Must:
We are looking for candidates who exhibit the behaviors necessary for outstanding IT service delivery. You should possess an industry-related NVQ Level 3 or equivalent IT certifications. A solid understanding and experience with M365, including its application suite and functionality, is essential, along with hands-on experience in the Office 365 admin center (Exchange, Teams, One Drive). A strong knowledge of Windows 7/10/11 desktop operating systems is required, as well as some fundamental understanding of network technologies such as LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, IP addressing, DHCP, and DNS. Experience with end-user devices and peripheral equipment, including troubleshooting and configuration, is also important. We expect you to have experience supporting both mobile devices and tablets (iOS - Android), along with a good working knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, ADFS, and PowerShell. Furthermore, a good understanding of MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access, along with experience managing workloads in ticketing systems, is necessary. The AZ-900 Certification is essential, while Azure AD Administration, working knowledge of Intune (MDM), Windows Deployment (SCCM), and Office 365 Security and Compliance are desirable qualifications. Additionally, holding an ITIL v3 or 4 Foundation certification or any IT vendor technical qualifications (e.g., Microsoft or Cisco Certifications) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

In this role, I will task you with providing a high level of technical knowledge and applying effective troubleshooting techniques to ensure efficient incident resolution within KPIs. You will be responsible for providing excellent service in incident and request management, as well as managing major incidents to ensure quality fixes that minimize disruption to the business and our passengers. You will be expected to proactively monitor and analyze events, issues, and trends to manage service incidents or outages effectively. Knowledge sharing with colleagues will be a key aspect of your work. Additionally, prioritizing and managing your workload efficiently while focusing on quality resolution and meeting deadlines will be crucial. I expect you to actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement and provide exemplary customer service, going the extra mile. Finally, you will need to document all contacts, actions, and outcomes on the ITSM system and maintain thorough documentation, including knowledge articles.
