Requirements
Must:
- Proven commercial experience with React and TypeScript.
- Demonstrable passion for software development, which can be shown through personal projects or previous work experience.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively as a member of a small team.
- Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code with an emphasis on TDD/BDD.
- Good understanding of version control software using Git.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with AWS/DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the tech lead as part of a small, dynamic team.
- Develop high-quality front-end features and interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.
- Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on TDD/BDD.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Utilize version control software, such as Git, to manage code deployments and versioning.
Description
I am very excited to be recruiting for a brand-new Front-End Developer role within our technology company, which is truly one of the most exciting businesses I have ever worked with. Our success and future growth plans mean that this opportunity is not to be missed. This position is ideal for developers with strong React.js and TypeScript experience, who are ready to contribute to greenfield projects in a fast-paced, challenging environment. The role is predominantly home-based, but you will need to be able to attend a face-to-face interview in the Midlands and travel to the office at least once a month. The annual salary for this position is up to £45,000, and it is a full-time opportunity.
