Requirements
Must:
- Completed a minimum HNC/HND or Degree
- Strong communication on all levels, including complex IT issues in simple terms
- IT documentation control, CISCO Meraki cloud
- Understanding of basic IT security principles
- Passion for IT and the prevention of security threats and attack vectors
- Experience with Windows Server
- Ability to create BI reports from company IT systems
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems
- Experience with Active Directory, Server Management (Windows and Ubuntu), SQL (SQL Server & MySQL), Virtual Machines (VMware, Vsphere), Backups (Veeam), Documentation (Confluence), Synology DSM
- Familiarity with network device management & installation, including printer servers, laptops/desktops, switches, firewalls, Raspberry Pis
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent IT support and day-to-day maintenance of systems to the client base
- Assisting with general software installation and network management
- Supporting users within the company for local and remote workers
- Managing and installing network devices such as printers, laptops/desktops, switches, and firewalls
- Configuring and ensuring the ongoing usability of system hardware and software
- Documenting IT processes and maintaining IT documentation
