- Willingness to learn and work independently
- Desirable: MSP or field-support experience
- Desirable: DBS/CRB clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support and user troubleshooting.
- Handle hardware setup and perform basic diagnostics.
- Assist with networking tasks including routers, switches, and WiFi setups.
- Support helpdesk ticketing system and resolve client issues.
- Maintain professional client communication and documentation.
Description
We are seeking a Junior On-Site IT Support Engineer for immediate temporary cover due to staff illness. This is initially a short-term position with the potential to develop into a permanent role for the right candidate as our business continues to grow. The engineer must be based within travelling distance of PO7 and surrounding areas. We need someone reliable who can start as soon as possible.
