Responsibilities
- Monitor the ServiceNow platform and ensure tasks are completed within SLA timeframes.
- Schedule work for engineers and allocate resources efficiently.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for engineers as required.
- Prepare monthly costing sheets ready for billing.
- Manage stock and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Attend all weekly maintenance meetings to review workflow and scheduling.
- Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure optimal performance.
Description
We are looking for a highly organised individual to monitor and manage our ServiceNow system. This permanent position, located in Kent DA13, offers a salary between £24,000 - £28,000, dependent on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for controlling workflow within agreed SLAs, coordinating the engineering team, and ensuring smooth operational execution.
