Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer who is passionate about modernising residential conveyancing in the UK. This remote-first, paperless, and tech-savvy role is perfect for individuals who value autonomy and want to help shape a forward-thinking practice while thriving in a dynamic environment. You will primarily work with a Central London estate agency with which we have a panel agreement, so a commercially-minded approach and relationship-building skills are essential. A strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act is essential due to the nature of the properties you will deal with. While the role is remote, you will be required to travel to London fairly regularly to meet with stakeholders and clients face-to-face. We offer a competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, 20 days paid annual leave, bank holidays and Christmas off (totaling over 30 days a year), a working from home budget for essential equipment, a professional development budget for CPD, coverage for regulation fees, and the flexibility to work remotely or from the office if preferred.
