- Advanced troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and infrastructure

- Excellent communication skills and a strong client-focused mindset
- Full UK driving licence
Responsibilities
- Acting as the escalation point for complex service desk tickets
- Delivering projects both remotely and onsite
- Troubleshooting advanced issues across servers, networks, security and cloud platforms
- Working across Microsoft 365, Entra, virtualisation, scripting and endpoint management
- Managing and maintaining documentation, SOPs and technical guides
- Providing mentorship to junior engineers and supporting wider service improvement
- Ensuring best practice across security, compliance, communication and client experience
