Requirements
Must:
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Juniper SRX & MX series routers
- Good knowledge of BGP/IPSEC & PKI Prime, MPLS
- Familiarity with 24/7 NOC environments
- Strong command line interface (CLI) expertise
- Solid understanding of routing and switching protocols
- In-depth knowledge of BGP, including policy-based routing and advanced troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting IPsec VPNs and MPLS networks
- Understanding of PKI infrastructure and experience with certificate-based VPN authentication
Responsibilities
- Support, manage, and configure SRX series routers in our 24/7 BAU operations team
- Ensure the global delivery of secure network services
- Handle technical network support and escalations
- Work on project implementations
- Provide guidance and support to 1st line engineers
- Collaborate closely with 3rd line engineers to share knowledge and enhance team skills
