Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrable experience in a software engineering environment as a Delivery Lead or Manager of Engineers
- Passion for people development in an engineering context
- Commercial experience in mentoring and encouraging team delivery
- Strong consultative skills to support Technical Leads
- Authority on quality through best practice and compliance
- Excellent communication skills with adaptability and professionalism
- Fluent in Scrum methodology with a pragmatic approach
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop our Engineering Practice to support our Engineers
- Guide Engineers through client and R&D projects
- Implement a consultative approach to mentoring Technical Leads
- Promote best practices in technical assurance and compliance
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative culture within the team
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to drive business success
