Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of a 2.1 bachelors degree from an internationally renowned University in a STEM related discipline
- At least ABB at A Level (or international equivalent)
- Commercial experience in a technical or customer support-type position is ideal, but top recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash is beneficial
- Strong customer care experience
- Motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude
- Strong aptitude for picking up new technologies
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
- Keen interest in a client-facing technical role
Responsibilities
- Fully train on the machine learning platform to understand the product intricacies
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and liaise with internal teams, primarily the tech team
- Manage customer issues from initial report through to resolution
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to the tech team as necessary
- Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the resolution process
