Requirements
Must:
- I seek someone with strong commercial experience in C# and .NET.
- You should be skilled in SQL Server with a focus on database design, development, and optimization.
- Experience in Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript is essential.
- You need the ability to work with Web API web services.
- I look for an awareness of security best practices (OWASP).
- You should have an appetite to learn, improve, and stay up-to-date with new technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
Beneficial Experience:
- It would be great if you have experience leading small development teams to deliver functionality on time.
- Experience with migrating large legacy systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Azure Pipelines, MSBuild, ASP.NET MVC, and WCF Services would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of WinForms/WPF is a plus.
- Experience with web accessibility, responsive web applications, and localization for global markets is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- You will develop features across the full stack, including database, services, and front end.
- I hope you can lead a small squad of developers and QA to deliver high-quality functionality.
- You will review and refine feature requests from stakeholders.
- Supporting the sales team with technical expertise for new business will be required.
- You will collaborate with support teams to resolve customer issues.
- I expect you to identify and suggest improvements to processes and practices.
