Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Software Developer with the following qualifications and experience:
- At least 1 year of commercial experience in object-oriented or embedded programming.
- Either a Ph.D. level education or experience working in a start-up environment.
- A strong academic background, including a 2.1 or first-class STEM degree and at least AAB at A Level (or equivalent).
- Competence in coding with any of the following languages: C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, Go, Kotlin, or C#. A willingness to learn new languages is essential.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a natural aptitude for quickly learning new technologies.
- Experience with Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or Kotlin is beneficial.
- Experience with small, embedded, software-driven devices that connect to the cloud is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with handling large-scale data platforms, integrating AI into functionality, and meeting advanced visualization requirements would be a plus.
Responsibilities
As a Software Developer, my responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in exciting early-stage development of prototyping products.
- Ensuring the code I write is well-designed, easily maintainable, and thoroughly tested.
- Designing technical solutions to meet our project requirements.
- Supporting the design of architectures for our products.
- Presenting technical ideas and concepts to the team for discussion.
