Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of a 2.1 bachelors degree from an internationally renowned University in a STEM or Law related discipline
- At least ABB at A-Level or equivalent UCAS points
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash
- Excellent customer-facing skills
- A sales spark, as the role requires some sales interaction
- A motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude
- Strong aptitude for picking up new technologies
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Great communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
- Fluent in Spanish or French (Business level) would be advantageous
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact and liaise with clients and internal teams, predominantly the tech team
- Manage live customer projects from planning to final review
- Provide customer training to new and existing customers
- Deliver workflow advice to customers using the product
- Identify significant new projects
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to the tech team
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the companys technology to advise customers on data import/export
- Provide updates to the management team on accounts
