Must:
We are looking for a talented Graduate to join our team as a Product Specialist. To be considered for this role, you should have: - A minimum of a 2.1 bachelor's degree from an internationally renowned university in a STEM or Law-related discipline. - At least AAA at A-Level or equivalent UCAS points (please include A-Level grades on your CV). - Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash. - Excellent customer-facing skills. - A sales spark; while this is not a purely sales-focused role, this skill is necessary due to the nature of the position. - A motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude. - A strong aptitude for picking up new technologies. - The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. - Great communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

As a Product Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for clients and will liaise with internal teams, primarily the tech team. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing live customer projects from planning to final review. - Providing customer training to new and existing customers. - Delivering workflow advice to customers using our product. - Identifying significant new projects. - Performing basic troubleshooting and escalating issues to the tech team. - Gaining an in-depth understanding of our technology to advise customers on data import/export. - Providing updates to the management team on accounts.
