Requirements
Must:
- Strong commercial experience working in a Technical Consultant, Security Consultant, or similar client-facing role within enterprise software environments
- Proven experience delivering or deploying identity and access management or cybersecurity-related solutions
- Strong understanding of identity technologies such as authentication, access control, and credential management
- Experience working with technologies such as Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL, and networking concepts
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across systems, infrastructure, and integrations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate options and recommend effective solutions
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage workload independently
- Degree educated in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a closely related subject
- Experience in PKI, certificate services, cryptography, multi-factor authentication, smart cards, and security tokens is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end technical consulting services across customer projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and go-live support
- Work closely with customers to understand business and technical requirements and translate these into effective solutions
- Install, configure, and optimise enterprise software solutions within customer environments
- Collaborate with internal teams including project managers, product teams, and engineers to deliver successful outcomes
- Provide technical expertise and act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Support testing, commissioning, and deployment activities across multiple concurrent projects
- Produce clear documentation, reports, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing improvements to existing customer deployments
- Contribute to solution design discussions and help shape best practice approaches across the wider team
