Requirements
Must:
- 1st class honours or high 2.1 degree from a top university in Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Electronics or similar
- Minimum of AAA at A Level or equivalent UCAS points
- Knowledge in either Computer Vision, Image Processing or RF
- Competent coding skills in main languages (C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, C#) with a willingness to learn new languages
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Proactive nature and willingness to learn
- Exposure to Embedded Development, Hardware Development, SDRs, Docker, Cloud technologies, or Mobile App Development in iOS or Android (preferred)
- Must qualify for SC Clearance due to project requirements
Responsibilities
- Contribute to various technical tasks supporting research and development objectives
- Gain hands-on experience across software engineering, data science, and machine learning
- Collaborate with team members to design and develop software solutions
- Develop techniques for data collection, preprocessing, and optimisation to support machine learning and algorithm development
- Manage and maintain operational company systems, primarily Linux-based
