Requirements
Must:
- 2.1 or 1st class STEM degree from a leading international University
- At least AAB at A Level
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple onboarding projects
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly
- Self-driven, proactive, passionate about customer experiences
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative mindset
- Comfortable learning and using new software and technology
- Enthusiastic about emerging AI technologies
- Skilled in designing, testing, and refining prompts for AI systems
- High attention to detail
Beneficial experience:
- Experience supporting complex documentation, workflows, or process-driven environments
- Experience in implementation, customer support, or similar roles
- Familiarity with workflow tools, document management systems, or AI-driven technology
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with customers throughout the onboarding lifecycle
- Understand customer needs and configure the AI platform accordingly
- Work alongside internal teams, including Customer Success, for seamless integration
- Support customers in leveraging AI functionality for specific use cases
- Manage onboarding timelines and expectations for successful implementation
- Analyse and troubleshoot technical or workflow issues, escalating as necessary
- Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes and best practices
- Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and proactive engagement
