Requirements
Must:
- I ideally seek candidates with at least 1 year of front-end development experience, though I am open to exceptional graduates (for instance, those with a 1st class degree from a top university and A*A*A at A Level).
- Experience working in a start-up or SME is preferred.
- I look for an excellent academic background, including a 2.1 or first-class STEM degree and at least AAB at A Level (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in either TypeScript or React is a must.
- Familiarity with other relevant technologies such as JavaScript, Vue, Node, Yarn, Kotlin, and Swift would be beneficial.
- A strong problem-solving ability is essential.
- I value a natural aptitude for quickly picking up and learning new technologies.
Responsibilities
- In this role, I expect you to design and refine user interfaces that are responsive, inclusive, efficient, and scalable.
- You will enhance frontend systems, development tools, and workflows on an ongoing basis.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to shape and implement new functionality will be a key part of your work.
- Improving code quality with a focus on speed, stability, and long-term upkeep will be a priority.
- I encourage you to support a team environment that values learning and continuous enhancement.
