Requirements
Must:
- At least one year of commercial experience in a client-facing role with a cybersecurity focus (e.g., Consultant, Account Manager, Customer Support, Service Delivery)
- 2.1 or 1st class degree in Computer Science, CyberSecurity, or closely related subject from a top-ranked University
- Achieved at least AAA at A Level or equivalent UCAS points
- Strong knowledge within cybersecurity
- Good knowledge of network security
- Experience in SOC is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal colleagues and external clients
- Passion for working in a dynamic start-up to gain a breadth of skills
- Hardworking, self-starter with vital problem-solving attributes
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and Active Directory
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships within Service Delivery
- Work on Security Roadmaps for clients
- Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshoot issues
- Handle IT administration and system administration tasks
- Participate in SOC-focused projects
