Requirements
Must:
- At least one year of commercial experience in a client-facing role with a cybersecurity focus (e.g., Consultant, Account Manager, Customer Support, Service Delivery)
- Exceptional academics, including a 2.1 or 1st class degree in Computer Science, CyberSecurity, or a closely related subject from a top-ranked University
- At least AAA at A Level or equivalent UCAS points
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity
- Good knowledge of network security
- Any experience in SOC is beneficial
- Brilliant communication skills for interacting with both internal colleagues and external clients
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic start-up environment to gain a breadth of skills
- Hardworking, self-starter attributes
- Thrives on problem-solving with a passion for technology
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and Active Directory
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships
- Work on Security Roadmaps for Clients
- Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting of issues
- Handle IT administration and system administration tasks
- Participate in SOC focused projects
