Requirements
Must:
- Significant commercial experience in SaaS companies, specifically in software integrations into customer systems
- Strong academic history (2.1/1st from a top university, As at A Level)
- Proven track record in software development, system integrations, and creating developer resources such as APIs, SDKs, and technical documentation
- Strong experience in integrations, full stack web development, and cloud architecture
- Proficiency with technologies such as JavaScript, NodeJS, Python, or equivalent modern frameworks/languages
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to convey technical concepts to various audiences
- Highly organized with excellent time management, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of integration processes with external systems to ensure seamless connectivity and high client satisfaction
- Create robust and innovative technologies for optimized client implementations
- Collaborate closely with Client Solutions and other internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions
- Design and implement scalable, future-proof architectures for new third-party connectors and integrations
- Enhance system observability by improving diagnostics, logging, and tracing for efficient technical support
- Oversee the ongoing development and management of the public API, including REST and event streaming functionality
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation for internal stakeholders and external users, using tools like Swagger
- Drive the development of self-serve capabilities to empower clients to independently manage their integrations
