- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
As an IT Support Executive, you will:
- Provide day-to-day technical support across all departments, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with system maintenance, troubleshooting, and software updates
- Support hardware installations, upgrades, and configuration across multiple sites
- Monitor and resolve helpdesk tickets efficiently
- Liaise with third-party IT providers and suppliers to ensure smooth system operation
- Contribute to wider IT projects and initiatives led by the IT Manager
- Support the implementation and integration of AI tools and technologies across the business
- Provide remote cover at weekends when required
