Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with proven experience in managing IT or digital transformation projects. Hands-on experience with DriveWorks (Solo or Pro) is essential, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment. You should have a strong understanding of system integration, automation, and digital workflows, along with excellent project management skills using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities are a must. Familiarity with CAD systems (such as SolidWorks), ERP platforms, and product lifecycle tools would also be a plus. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, along with DriveWorks certification or equivalent experience. Experience in a product-driven or manufacturing company is also highly desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead end-to-end project management for internal system development using DriveWorks. I will collaborate with engineering, product development, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities. Designing, configuring, and deploying DriveWorks projects to streamline internal workflows and product configuration processes is a key part of my responsibility. I will manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery, while overseeing the integration of DriveWorks with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and PLM. Continuous evaluation and improvement of existing digital tools and processes will be integral to my work. I will support new product launches by ensuring systems are in place to handle configuration, quoting, and documentation, and will provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with IT governance, data security, and quality standards will also be a crucial aspect of my role.
