Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online architecture, configuration, and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace tools, including Teams, OneDrive, Viva, Planner, and Power Platform.
- Familiarity with governance, permissions models, and best practices.
- Experience creating Power Automate workflows; bonus if you have experience with Power Apps.
- Ability to translate technical features into business-friendly solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bonus: Experience with SharePoint migration, information architecture, or scripting (PowerShell).
Responsibilities
- I will design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, hubs, libraries, and workflows.
- I will lead and support the rollout of Modern Workplace solutions across Microsoft 365, including Teams, OneDrive, Viva, and Power Platform.
- I will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly solutions.
- I will create and manage site architecture, permissions, governance, and compliance standards.
- I will develop Power Automate flows, apps, and dashboards to streamline processes.
- I will troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 services.
- I will provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to drive adoption.
- I will stay updated on Microsoft 365 roadmap changes and recommend improvements.

In this role, you will design, develop, and support digital workplace solutions that empower our employees to collaborate, communicate, and work more efficiently. You will be our go-to expert for SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 applications, and modern workplace technologies.
