Must:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on complex technology initiatives
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint as a Document Management system (or similar)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Comfortable operating independently and managing competing priorities
- Strong analytical skills and delivery focus
- Ability to collaborate across business, technology, and vendor teams
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery and documentation for SharePoint Document Management initiatives
- Own and prioritise the backlog across BAU and project work
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders across multiple countries
- Provide hands-on QA for partner-delivered enhancements, including test planning, execution, and defect management
- Support continuous improvement of document management processes and governance
Description
We are a market-leading company based in London, urgently looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on the delivery and ongoing improvement of our SharePoint-based Document Management platform. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously on business-as-usual and new discovery projects while engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple countries. The role will require on-site presence up to 3 days per week in London, and there may be some European travel involved.
