We require a candidate with strong Level 2 support experience and a hands-on background in imaging, rebuilding, and configuring devices. You should be confident in troubleshooting hardware faults and possess a good understanding of Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365. Additionally, clear communication skills and a proactive approach are essential. Please ensure that you have full eligibility to work in the UK and are available to start in December.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be providing support to users with PC, laptop, and peripheral issues. Your tasks will include imaging and onboarding new computers into the domain, troubleshooting hardware and software faults, and securing new and existing equipment. You will also maintain accurate asset and stock records, collaborate with scientific teams to support data flows for laboratory equipment, and assist users with queries and equipment requests. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all devices remain compliant with our internal standards.
